Guys
Can the oem washer bottle and motors be replaced with a non oem model?
Cheers

I know it does not answer your question, but if you have a dead washer motor, sometimes you can get them working again by tapping them with the butt of a screwdriver while someone is pulling the on switch.

If you replace the whole bottle and motors you can do this pretty easy with aftermarket gear, the problem I can see is most aftermarket bottles are quite small, you will need to mount the bottle securely, and each motor has 2 wires, easy to use spade crimp terminals if the plugs don't already fit straight on.

Washer hose size is pretty standard so no problems there.

Replacement motors are available off eBay cheap as chips.

I found some Chinese ones about $10. The others ranged 25 upwards. Thanks for the ideas guys. Cheers

Paid 60 bucks for an aftermarket water bottles and motors for the GQ, same size as the original..... Haven't a clue about GUrly though.

Just thought I'd do my usual and add some more useless information to another thread ;)
