Importance of snorkels

Just saw this, and first thing I noticed was there is no snorkel. Deep water, crocs here and there, not a good place to be with a kid in the car.

Probably stranded because she had no snorkel and killed the engine!!

The water across the crossing isn't really deep enough to warrant a snorkel...it can be done..it is the speed of the water that takes the utes off when there is nothing in them due to the light weight....other photos show the arse of the car off the edge....things have to be done up there....she had a go....admit a bit risky with a child in the car.....we cant all be experts
