New function - Embed any Facebook video on the forum

Hi Folks,

I have been wanting to do this for years but never could because of our old software.

Long story short I just changed some settings and we can now embed videos on the forum so anyone can watch them here without needing an account on Facebook nor going there.

There are loads of really good and BAD 4wd videos that I have wanted to share here so now we can!

All you need to do is copy the URL of the page the video is on start a new thread or reply to an existing thread and then click on the video symbol and paste the URL in there and submit your post....Job done!

IOS struggles with flash sometimes but interesting to see if that embeds on the first one....MC first one?

Just re read your post...Yeah sorry mate all embedding requires flash unfortunately.

Why the hesitation on installing flash?

Flash is paramount these days for using the web.

Yeah it's pretty crap they don't have it. I think adobe have also stopped any further development with their mobile side now and just focused on desktop.

That's just bizarre. The rest of the world are scrambling to catch up to the fact that so much is happening in mobile and they decide to drop it?!? Maybe that's a win for html5, which has struggled so far?
