G'Day Guys and Gals,
Have had a 94 RX TD42 Auto for the past 13 years and after bashing around North Queensland for Ten of them, she is now in need of some modifications/repairs, hence finding the forum today. I am looking forward to checking out some member modifications so i can decide what to do with her, and find out what the Do's and Do not's are before i do the Do Nots.:D

Have had a 94 RX TD42 Auto for the past 13 years and ...


Nice truck... DON"T EVER SELL IT... Mate has a TD42 Auto and they are absolutely brilliant base truck to mod up and rare as rocking horse kaka.

I would consider the following in order...
2 inch lift and 33's (if not done already)
Front Auto Locker ($600)
Torque Converter Lockup switch ($20)
2.5 to 3 inch exhaust ($ depends on quality)
Extreme Valve body from Wholesale Automatics ($ not sure)
Turbo

The Lokka, and TC Lock up will pretty much mean you can just idle up to anything short of extreme and conquer it with the minimum of fuss.
Exhaust and valve body will transform the way it drives
Turbo will mean an absolutely cracking good machine for touring and playing almost anywhere

Yes you can still get in however there are more and more dirt bikes to dodge.

Yeh I ride dirtbikes 2, and the 2 don't mix in the one are. Do the police patrol it much?

I haven't seen them through there in a while but i havnt been around all that much, I still see them getting around on the dirt squirts though so i guess they are going scrub somewhere.
