1999 GU Sway bars

Hey guys
I purchased a 1999 patrol wagon on Saturday and have noticed it has no sway bars in it I was just wondering the legality of it in QLD and if anyone has removed theirs and wanted to sell them I have contacted the seller and asked if he still has them but he flew out to NZ yesterday so I don't think I will hear anything off him for a couple of weeks

One of my sons lives up your way, and 12 months back got defected at Maroochydore for not having a sway bar fitted to the rear of his Hilux.

Yeah I was pretty sure this was the case I guess I will have to hunt a set down

You do risk a defect if he removed factory fittied swaybars
