Sub tank light.

Hey guys. Looking for some help.
I've recently gotten rig of my 3 ltr grenade and done an ls1 conversion. When I picked up the car I noticed that the sub tank light on the dash was always on and the green light on the sub tank button didn't work. I done some research and after removing fuses, battery leads etc the green sub tank button light now works, fuel pumps from one tank to the other fine BUT the sub tank light on the dash doesn't come on when you push the button???????

Any help would be great.

The sub tank light on the dash shouldn't come on unless there is a fault as in the first instance.
It is a system fault indication not a warning that the pump is on... that is the job of the green light in the button
Therefore your system operation as you describe it now as it should be.
