manual boost controller

Looking for some feedback plzz
In the process of installing a boost/EGT gauge would it be worthwhile installing a manual boost controller any improvements?
on 1998 GU Patrol RD28TD....??

Probably not needed on a RD28TD, after you have installed your boost gauge see if you a having boost spikes, if not you wont need one.

Yes for sure it will help. You can then ramp the boost levels up when done. But I read these motors react really well to a biger exhaust.
