Hey everyone, great looking forum and thought I'd join up. I've got a Y62 patrol that I've had for a year now with the usual mods, 2 inch lift, 33's, bullbar and winch, roof rack, rooftop tent, exhaust, etc, this is my 4th patrol and the best so far. And I use it as a 4wd!! Got the compulsory pinstripes already but I bought it to use so it's part of the fun :) I'll post up some pics once I figure out how to. Luke

Yea it is a 5.6L petrol V8, stock I was getting about 11L/100km now with the mods it's upto about 16L/100km, although the rack alone adds 2-3L extra by itself, extremely happy with the vehicle though

Welcome mate. Have you looked at lifting it yet? How much is involved in say a 2" lift??

Already have put a 2 inch lift in it and fairly easy, did it at home just springs and shocks. Fronts are a strut type set up

No worries! You weren't in the Cobar pub the other week when the local decided they did not want the Cliffhanger Teams to drink any more beer? Got pretty messy from all accounts! A few broken bones.
