Ok folks

Just sitting having a few beers and wondered... I know the CRD Trols have an EGR cooler and the Euro spec DI Trols got them from around 2002 (mine has one and it's a 2004).

But the Aus spec DI Trols don't have one is that correct? Any idea why?

I pretty sure all patrols unless very early would have an EGR, it all part of there pollution gear.
EG Mudski 2001 has one so has Kevin 07 and mine a 2004These are all diesel

Yeah, your correct about the presence of the EGR system but I think the OP is referring specifically to EGR cooling.
The aussie CRD's have an EGR "gas to coolant" heat exchanger.
I "think" the aussie Di's just have a pipe where the CRD heat exchanger is located (could easily be wrong tho).

Yeh lads it's the cooler I was on about. Had remembered reading somewhere (possibly here) that the Aus spec DIs never got them and was just curious if anyone knew/had an idea why.

No idea why sorry but block that shite off anyway and then there's no need to consume brains cells on it :) The Late model Navara's run a water cooled cooler on their egr...
