Injector oil seals

Had annoying oil leak from around the injectors and intake manifold, did a clean up then ran the engine for a few minutes and the leak is coming from the injector oil seals, anybody done the removal and replacement of these ? do they just pull out and push in ? do you have to remove the intake manifold to do it ?

Opps, sorry, not enough info..motor is Y61 3.0L ZD30DDTi series 3, 2002 with 150 k on the clock.

Replaced all 4 of them today, you need to have hands of a 5 yr old to do it though as my blood trails over the engine bay confirms it lol, cost was about $50 for the 4 of them and 3 hrs to do it.

Did you take the manifold off or just get all the injector lines out of the way and replace them??
