Ive noticed there is no obv pressure when I remove my radiator cap even after engine has warmed. Thermostat is brand new and water pump is not weeping which is usually a tell that its on the way out. Anything I could have missed? No leaks or bubbles in system either.

I't the Radiator Cap that regulates the pressure.
Change that if you are not sure it is working.

Give the radiator hose on the top a squeeze when cold, then same again when hot. This well give you a good idea if there is pressure in the system. Careful when removing the cap when hot. Not good practice.
