GU fan belt

Hi not long had our GU3
and i am looking to remove/ replace the old fan belt but i can't get it off from underneath.
Can u tell me how to loosen the tensioner.?

There will likely be an appoint tensioner pulley that you can back off to allow the belt to come off?

With a breaker bar and socket on the tensioner and turn should be plenty. Also make sure you yes a genuine belt from nissan as after market ones slip even the gates one I got slipped after 3 months. I have an old thread here on cheap genuine parts

Hey Macca, can you remember where you posted that thread mate? Need some stuff before the Simpson trip and just about to buy but would love to compare the price, I remember seeing that and it was all bloody cheap!!
