Slow indicators

The indicators on our 2002 Commodore Wagon have started to go really slow.

We had a new battery put in a couple of weeks ago, and things haven't changed.

Any ideas on the problem would be appreciated.

I would say it's a faulty flash relay as well. Do the hazard also flash slowly?

Yeah, they do.

Try pulling out the flasher relay, give it a tap, refit it and then retry the indicators.
