LEST WE FORGET.

I'm at my local dawn service at 6am.

This year is the first Anzac Day that I'll be wearing a set of WW1 medals, 2 sets of WW2 medals and my own 4.

Gunna be exciting. Looking forward to breakfast, too. lol.

Finally have Dads medals, one of my sons is wearing them at the Dawn service at the Shrine.
Dad was a RAF Radio Op in Darwin during WW2, and survived the bombing, 13th squadron

Went to the Dawn Service at Hamilton Hill, they had to close 2 of the 4 lanes of traffic to allow for the crowd..............1st time this has happened, bloody brilliant

It was a great service. Even the light drizzle didn't stop the best turnout in a long time.

It was mentioned numerous times about me being 'lopsided', but I assured everybody I wasn't going swimming. lol.

Lest We Forget.

Stoked as munchkin was selected to be a banner barer for the 1st Army Field Hospital for the Perth March, not bad for his 1st parade
