Sounds like a busted or loose linkage.

Dunno for sure, but if you unlock your hubs at least you wont be sending drive to the front wheels and stuffing things up more

Crush 2 Viagra Pills into fine powder and pour into the Transfer Case.

If that doesn't make the gear stick hard and you have manual hubs just unlock them as prev suggested.
Won't hurt anything at all, you'll just use a tad more fuel.

By Gear Stick I assume you mean the Transfer Case Selector and not the actual Gear Box selector Stick.

drive back slowly in reverse and try moving the selector

Sorry fellas fone went flat. Yeh was a snapped ball joint on the linkage. Had to get underneath and do it by hand. So glad it wasn't something internal

snip..still cannot find that tallanulla rd I was talking about yonks ago either.

Tallanalla Rd runs from Hoffmans Mill (just south of the camping area) near Logue Brook Dam south across Quindanning Road around the back (east) of the Worsley Alumina Refinery or west of Harris Dam to Mornington Road.
