Saw it on the news last night... I might joke about wanting to run over cyclists but far out. I don't think I could send 44 texts in half an hour when I'm not driving!

Assuming the story is true, and the facts of it haven't been "bent" then if you don't understand that we all have responsibilities towards the rest of the community, then perhaps a year or two at Her Majesty's pleasure, oh and a life time ban from driving, might just wake up the dopey cow.
