fuel leak?

Screwed Under the left hand wheel arch towards the front, is a almost square small part, held on by two screws......when the dualfuel engine was turned off, after a 20 min drive, what appeared(and smelt like fuel) was gushing out of this part....what is this part called? And what could the problem be? Maybe something has sheared off?

sounds like the small opening under the charcoal canister, if tis leaking then the small check valve in your tanks breather hose has probly failed, the check valve is on top on the tank and can be accessed through the flap in the rear cargo area floor
