Kev I highly doubt anything will be going in that spot as there is only a servo ,nurse station and a little shop there. If you wanted expensive grog that was the place to go. looks like lakes entrance is the best spot now spewing was planning on being there in a couple of weeks

I grew up in this pub have very many memories of my grandma and all my family in this pub... Such a shame...

A lot of pubs mysteriously burn down , Bemm river hotel, Isle of wight, Gaffney creek I think.
Hope it was an accident but sad when all the history and charm is lost

Ah that one too used to drink there when working on the Shark boats.
Just saw it on TV and the Buchan Hotel looked like a great watering hole.
Nah there was a great little pub out the back of Bairnsdale

Its a buchan shame that was a good little pub.
Threedogs the Gaffeny creek pub was burnt down by escaped prisoners.
