G'day guys, im absolutely clueless when it comes to cars. Im in the process of getting my first car which is a gq patrol, ive been texting this bloke about his rig and he stated it had off camber bushes and panjard bushes less then a year old? He said that when you put a lift on it, you put off camber bushes on it which push to diff forward to correct steering. Please give some advice, thanks guys. Its a 4.2l lpg/petrol

I think he means castor bushes mate. The idea is to keep the geometry as close to standard once lifted. Although with a 2" lift they aren't really required.

Nissannewby is right.
The question I would now be asking is that if it's got castor correction and adjustable panhard rods what size lift does it have? In most (if not all) states anything over 2 inches of lift will need engineering and will therefore cost you extra to roadworthy.

What state are you in mate? Some states have more relaxed laws regarding roadworthy certificates upon sale etc. In Tassie there's none of that

Yeah cool, well if you don't need a roadworthy certificate to sell and it's only a two inch lift then you should be fine
