GU radio/cd player

I need to disconnect my battery and wondered if the radio/cd in my GU111 would be security coded or not. There is nothing stated in the owners handbook.
Has anyone had to use a code on these?

one page inside the back cover of my owner's manual is "security information" and the dealer has written the code for radio ('if so equipped') and keys. I've got an 08 ST model and there's no number for the radio. I'd suspect your older model would be the same but I guess the final answer may come from the Nissan dealer
