Problem with boost at 1800 revs with lots of black smoke

Ive recently replaced the maf sensor to try and fix this problem but it still continues,
i have a 2010 CRD 3l ute, after 2500,3000 revs it runs fine, has anyone else had this problem or no of something similar

Any unusual noises Jaydo, as it sounds like a Vacuum Leak ...
