Hi Guys,
My 4Wd is a GQ RB30( H233B, 4.375 diff)
Just wondering whether I can use a GU rear diff centre(HG43 4.375) to replace mine?
Is it directly exchangeable or do I need to modify the above GU diff?
Thanks for any help.

As long as the are both the h233 diff and not the larger H260it all go straight in

Hi Mud,
No, it's not the large H260 diff, but still a different code, by the looks of it.
The diff(axle) code is HG43(not H233B), but gear ratio is the same.
But, I have no idea whether HG43 housing((from a GU) and H233B housing(from GQ) is completely different or the same.
If they are the same, then they both should have the same code, shouldn't they?!
gear ratio matching, doesn't necessarily mean the two diff centres are the same, or are they?
If you can advise me on that, I would be grateful mate.
Thanks

HGxx is the code on on the compliance plate. If it says that you have a h233.
HHxx is the code on the compliance plate for a H260

Hey Ben,
In other words HG43 4.375 diff centre from a GU should slide into my GQ H233B 4.375 centre without any issues?!!

I'm not worried about flange not being compatible though. I should be able to swap it over without big issues.
Thanks
