Manual gearbox oils.

Hey guys I am wanting to do my manual gear box oils on my 05 zd30. What would be your recommendation on what oil to use? Been looking at the penrite gear oil. Is it any good?
How much would I need?
Any help would be great.

It needs to be a GL4 oil mate so any gear oil that falls under that classification.. You will prob need 5-7 litres.
