TJM winch bar looking for cradle to mount winch....

Hi I have a 2000 GU Wagon that has a TJM winch bar but it is the basic model and does not have the cradle for which to mount the winch. TJM want 300 for the cradle has anyone else come up with a generic or cheaper option for mounting your winch assume this would be reasonably common with people having same sort of bar ?
