I havn't been there for over 5 years.
Photos are trip notes for the Bridle, from Kelso to Hill End.
Hope they might be of some assistance.

Last I was aware it was still blocked by landslide towards the Bathurst end at Monaghans Bluff. Have not heard if it was reopened. This was a couple of years ago but the word was the council was not going to clear it.

Cheers Ric

I heard that it was reopened but cannot remember when that was, best idea is to call the Bathurst tourist info centre.
Spent a lot of weekends camping along there

As far as I'm aware it is still impassable by car.

Ric is right. It is definitely blocked by the landslide at Monaghans Bluff.

It is still a great drive from Hill End down to that point with a few side tracks to play on.

If you want to continue on to Bathurst you can cross the Macquarie River at "Roothog Fire Trail" and get there down Freemantle Rd (I think that is what its called).
