Hey guys

New member, just thought I'd jump in and say hey... hey

Just bought a GQ patrol today, and loving it. I use to have a Hilux but decided to sell it of a while ago and ever since then have always felt something missing. The old 4x4, so I figured it's about time to get stuck back into it.

A bit about the rig

1990 gq patrol
6 inch lift and 35" tyres
rock sliders
Reduction gears and a winch

It's a 4.2l carby petrol, we'll not for long I hope. I'd love to do and have even been looking into an ls1 conversion.

Well that it for now.

Thanks for reading

Hi and welcome
I hope your used to driving a heavy vehicle with a high centre of gravity as a 6"lift and 35"tyres mean it quite high so watch those side slopes.
But it must be a blast on the rough stuff with so much clearance
Read and enjoy the forum plenty to learn and lots of help
Good luck with your Patrol
Joe
