Hi All,

My name is Ben and I have just purchased a 2012 gu8 dx auto with 35,000kms.

Now that I have traded up from a 2011 jimny to a larger family off-roader I thought it will be appropriate to join the forum and share stories with fallow patrolers.

Planned mods:
Lift kit already done - old man emu
Bullbar - looking for one which is winch competable
Sidesteps, UHF, spotties, rear bar with twin tyre carrier.

I have done a bit of reading and will most likely do the catch can thing unless someone would advise otherwise.

Look forward to sharing stories with you all.

Hi Ben and welcome to the forum, catch can will help keep your MAF sensor cleaner. so a good mod
I have TJM bull bar and TJM outback side steps which IMO look great

I went with ARB for bull bar, scrubs and side sliders on my GU8.
IPF Nissan spotties still.
I haven't done any NADS, but have fitted the DPchip and 3" exhaust

Hi to you mad patrol owners out there can any body help me out im about to buy a2002 patrol for 7000 grand but its in limp mode spiting out error code 77 should i buy it im not a mecanic but can do most thing with some advice firt

I am from Liverpool NSW. I like your rigs looking impressive.

I have done few quick mods since my initial post, including Roo systems rock sliders, Roo systems tent rack, Roo systems premium bullbar, and also fitted electricals like hid spotties, 22" led bar, GME UHF, as well as boost gauge and pyro gauge.

I still need to do Nads but wanted to see what the car is doing with the gauges now fitted.
