Turbo charging the 4.2 L

Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to turbo the 4.2 diesel. does it need top be decompressed? Is there a turbo in particular that suits these motors well?

pretty easy to do, there are plenty of people taking of the stock gear and putting performance gear on so i would suggest getting onto a diesel tuning shop and seeing if anyone has the stock setup for sale.
