I have my own personalised plates ( fozzee) and was thinking of selling the plates on this new patrol ......."td4x4" selling them in two of months time how much would I get?

Guess that all depends on how much private plates cost from your states vehicle licencing centre.

What State? Vic plate or NSW plate mate?

They cost $350 I think to buy so I reckon from $350 to $500 I reckon.

$500 to buy new in Vic. I had somebody genuinely offer me $750 for mine before I even received them.
