Chilli festival in WA they do tastings of everything. Last time i went after about the 6th tasting of Bhut Jolokia chilli sauce/paste etc (Hottest available prior to the trinidad scorpion/Ghost chillies coming along) i lost most of the feeling in my face, and almost went blind. (slight exageration) I would highly recommend it!
