Zd30 turbo to ball bearing type turbo

Hello guys..i have question in mind..can i actuallly change my zd30 turbo to ball bearing turbo type ?

Why do you want to change?
I'm pretty sure they are a dual ball bearing turbo.

Because the journal bearing dont seem to last longer..ive used a rebuilded turbo..after a year..it got that screeching sound..so i checked it..move to turbine..there you go..a free play..the bearing must had worn out i guess..
