I have just fixed my gq tb42s that had a intermittent miss.
When I installed the pertoninx lS (lobe sensor) and extended ROTOR button, I left the existing GT40R coil and Ballast resistor.
I had a intermittent miss (the taco would jump)
I have now replaced the coil with a GT40 and by passed the ballast resistor. - I no longer have the intermittent miss.
