G'day guys, Long time Lurker, new member.

Thought it was time to sign up since im getting serious about modding my 89 GQ Patrol, she's mainly used as an everyday driver and maybe 3-4 times a year to tow a 4x4 camper trailer into light scrub.

She's stock as a rock (besides the longrange tank), thinking of going into Turbo Engineering in Melbourne to get a Garret Turbo setup 12-14psi.(Any feedback would be appreciated)

Wanted Mods. 2" body and 2" suspension lift with neat 33" all terrains. (I want a neat everyday driver, not just a bush beast)

All info from you veterans out there would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers guys :)

Will post pics soon. (not that you all haven't seen a million blue over silver gq's!!)

Cheers guys :)

Was actually lookin at project cars on ebay and a mate said I was mad, concidering I had the gq sitting stock in the drive way.
Had no idea how popular and tough a gq really was. Looking forward to sharing ideas with you guys.
So in short ive got the bug. :)

Im also an ex Hose doctor so if anyone has hose/fitting related questions don't be shy to ask. :)
