Hey all, has anyone had the waterwatch system from Responsive installed or used their diesel fuel lubricant and conditioner?

Website is located at http://www.responsiveengineering.com.au

Also how often does water get into the fuel system anyway. From what I understand it only gets in when refuelling. I assume from refuelling in the rain?

I'm just about to order a waterwatch system for mine . A mate of mine had one on his Hilux and was detecting water in diesel even from servo's in town ! Its cheap insurance if your going to do any remote or outback touring !

let me assure you that the only part of rain that causes water in your fuel is when it gets into the service station tanks which inturn causes you a $7000.00 headache or insurance claim

Well I guess no one has used the lubricant and there's no real concern about water protection. . . . . Unless you end up with water in your diesel.

Hey Jimbo how did you go?

Having de-sludged underground tanks they
only have water in them if they have a hole in them

So you don't have any water detection system installed then?
