Hi all
My mate has cracked the manual hubs on his 2000 gu ute. I have a spare set of gq ones, will they fit?
Cheers

Yes they are identical.
They are sort after and worth reasonable coin too Punder. $150 a pair seems the going rate.

On 4WD TV last night they showed a KIWI FW hub that looked the goods stronger than OE Nissan.
Made from billet aluminium, worth a look if you can find them, closer bolt tolerances and stronger housing.
They are trialling it in a turbo 4.2 and another high HP V8 buggy with no problems over all terrain

Having pooter probs, I've sent Simon an email for some more info. Its did look like the bees knees they have really thought of where it breaks and why.
The "fins" between the bolt holes go right to the edge of the hub, no lip
Episode 331 looks interesting on the readers rig section

WOW wouldn't thought that expensive, I think there market is the winch challenge trucks.
They said the Chinese were even stronger than the OE,
about $512au . freight /post would kill it even more

I've found running the auto hubs and pulling the auto locking mech out converting them to manual is quite strong I'm running 30psi boost and 85% reduction and they have not missed a beat

Ive just received an email from 4wdbits in NZ .you can just buy the alloy casing for $449 or the lot for $549.
From what I saw its the OE alloy casing that fails not the internals

I had already done that but I'm getting no front drive ATM(yet to strip them and give it a clean) but I thought I'd look at some replacements.
