Oncedisturbed and highlander and myself have recently been talking MOLLE systems.
I cant see why it would not work on a patrol , for those with a rear work table perfect.
Just mix and match all bags etc to suit your needs, first aid, GPS acc, camera gear.
The list is end less, you'll find links to molle pouches on the For Oncedisturbed thread

I have cheap Aldi seat covers which I'll get my mate to sew
some 50mm Velcro down the back to except any pouches

Until you mentioned using it on the troll, I never thought about it.

Love that set up bracket on the tailgate.

A lot of the jeep club guys utilize the molle system, on the tailgate as well as behind their seats. @OD, how do you reckon you'd get on, having the drawers? Is there enough space between the drawers and door?

Possibly not, forgot about the drawers

One of the guys had a molle system that hung from the roof of his jeep, tied between the roll bars.... looked great but not sure about performance...

you could fit a board over the RR window in cargo area and fit the pouches to that you cant see out that window anyway
@ OD that's all your gear from the door pocket taken care of lol

i reckon you could hang it on the cargo barrier where it will be really handy and in reach.

there is a long rifle molle for that ranging from 800mm to 1mt to 1200mm,
all with multiple pockets that would fit along the cargo barrier

Yep. Already looked at the EOS 24hr day pack. One of my ADF mates has his old pack and I can get one through him.

Looked at the vest too, which in an emergency would be better for me, working out of the ambulance.

I ended up ages ago using a mojiko fishing vest which held a lot of my rescue gear when I was instructing abseiling as the molle gear was still a bit to pricey at the time

My 4 pouch molle waist bag arrived, this stuff is seriously tuff.
Now to start to figure out how to fix it to the rear door
great for holding all the gear from your glove box and door pockets

Could molle stuff slide into a metal rack like those workshop storage tubs? that would make it a lot easier for mounting versatility. Just a thought as I haven't seen this gear in person.

its possible they have Velcro and 25mm strap stitched every 25mm you buy the main bag or vest
then just buy a pouch or bag to suit your needs ,eg I have a medical pouch coming as well as a bottle
holder,a UHF holder and a LED torch holder, they will all attach to the main bag or vest.
The good thing I find is you can have or make up different bags for specific needs, a hand held GPS and and small fist aid kit , torch
etc etc. I have some 4" Velcro on the way and I'm getting my mate to sew it on the back of my seat cover.
another bag I have insect repellent torch knife etc more a small survival bag but only just starting to sort my stuff out
this is what what I'm trying to achieve
