2inch with 33's no problem at all... once you go to 3 inch then you need to start looking at spending more on lots of other crap!!!!

2 inch is a far simpler lift as you only need springs and shocks.

3 inch gets you into caster correction, sway bar extention links, possibly panhard bars, longer diff breathers, possible extended brake lines

Reconsider the caster correction bushes as they are junk and your way better leaving the Nissan rubber bushes in place. Buy bolt in 3" drop boxes for the win mate.

Is it worth getting this order cancelled as it doesn't come with much looking over the fine print and getting a 2" kit from suspension stuff

I assume the Amadas in the kit are Not the remote res units?

The 3" kit will need

Shocks
Springs
Brake lines
Sway bar extensions
Some kind of caster correction.
Diff breather extensions.

Do I need a brake bias bracket?

Not for 2 inch lift, as there is enough adjustment.

For 3 inch lift, you should, but you can get away without it and nothing will break, but you may notice a change in brake performance

... Patrolapart keeps a nice solid zinc plated one on stock

Apart from other complexities with a 3" lift, there are some definite legality issues in all States now.
If you exceed 50mm in total lift, you need to have your car engineered by a "licensed certifier"
This can set you back $400 - $500 easily but the upside is that if God forbid, you are involved in a fatality and the Coppers bring out their measuring tapes, you won't be in the deep hole you otherwise could be.
My car has a 50mm OME kit in it plus another 40-odd millimetres in the tyres and the certification cost me $400
