So does that mean you're using a tb45 engine with a tb42 radiator?

Yer want to try and use the 4.2 radiator because it's a 1000 dollar pwr alloy one only 6 months old don't really want to discard it

Im presuming the Tb45 side would be the largest........ would a rad specialist be able to make up fabricate something to connect 2 different size hoses together

The hose sizes are the same it's just the bends that are different

You can but a stainless steel flexible hose - I was going to go this way for the RB30 I had in my MK - the top hose was long.
