Noise in 3rd going up a hill

Noticed this noise twice now in third going up a hill just as I back off the throttle at the top of the hill there's a grinding noise, sounds like gearbox.

I haven't got the time at work to chuck it on a hoist :/ can anyone shed some light on the situation

Hmm only happens in third though sounds like teeth grinding but I know they are always in mesh with each other so I doubt that's what it is, it's hard because work is so busy I can't chuck it on the hoist and look under it

My engine mount only made a sound above 80km/h, it sounded like grinding gears and from the rear end.
Took me a while to find it too

Exactly the sound and only above 50km for me
