Scanned my vehicle today at work and brought up accelerator position sensor code I have a '01 gu patrol zd30 anyone else had this problem?

check nissan there is a recall on them but unsure what models.

Recalls are for the CRD TPS, not the Di ones....

Clear the code, keep an eye on it, and check it 1000 K's down the track.....Nissan will clear codes at most services, and for the most part, if your car is going OK - you would never know they have cleared them.

Hahaha I was just reading another status about the exact same thing lol I don't even let my fg take her car to the dealerships because of the amount of retards that don't know what they are doing there

So I rang nissan about the accelerator pedal and they wanted $610 plus GST I almost died when I heard them say that, I rang around a few places and then remembered the place I got my rear bumper end from in revesby have him I call and got my old man to pick the pedal assembly up for a total of $220

It sure did, car was running great until today when the clutch packed it in
