Just wanting to know the best paint to use to repaint springs

would think any enamel would suffice , why not powder coat then clear coat them

Rattle can yellow Galmet ,give them a few coats would be the cheapest alterative

Mate go a single stage polyurethane. Durable and flexible. A paint shop should be able to sort you out.
