MK,

It all depends on what you want to do.....

You can either use coil spacers ( Polymer Plastic Inserts ) and use new longer springs, and you will achieve the same result .... the rear will be higher.

Probably, the most important question you need to ask yourself, is Do I like it the way it is, or Do I want to change the way it rides and handles on the road?

If you are happy the way it is but just want the rear higher, install 15mm or 30mm Coil Spacers....

If you want to carry heavy loads all the time, or are always loaded up with camping gear, then you will need to install different rate springs, and generally these can come from anywhere between Standard Height and 6 Inch Suspension Lift.

All good advice above mate. But it's a 2013 patrol? Why is is sagging in the back? Are you Towing a heavy load? Loaded in the back for touring? If it is sagged because of weight then the Polyair bags would be the go and maybe some heavy duty springs, if it is empty and still sagging then I would go back to Nissan and ask them why the rear springs are stuffed so soon.

and if you go the way of airbags get the blue ones and with Kevlar covers and if you want to lift it they also sell spacers for this application check out the airbagman

Was thinking the same as MR why has it slumped in the rear, I take it you have OE suspension still.
What type of driving do you do?? that will help give an opinion of what to put in.
Ideally you want a slight down hill look, then when hooked up it should flatten out

hello again

thanks a lot for the suggestions guys..

i decided to just change the coil springs.. I went today to change them to (OLD MAN COIL SPRINGS) and the guy who works there said there is only one size springs 3cm since its a hardtop patrol, BUT the problem is what i heard about if i it gets higher from the rear i might hear some noise coming from the cardan shaft !! so is that true guys?.. thanks again for your help
