Hi guys! I am from Turkmenistan-one of the desert countries closed to Afganistan in the middle of central asia.

I just bought white Patrol 2001 with dead TB45E on automatic transmission and i opologize in advance because the level of my english is not even close to australian.

So what i have. Regarding the engine:corroded and twisted head providing the combustion chamber with antifreeze.

Cylinder linners are worn and the engine was consumpting oil as petrol+antifreeze. I will rebore the linner to 100mm.

The oil pressure lamp was always on but it doesn't affect the engine! Sick! It was still running!

Knocking camshaft making impossible to regulate the valves clearance.

Crankshaft bearings are dead but connrod's are still ok, so i will remachine the crankshaft.

The gearbox with hard shiftings so i think i will rebuild it fully.

But actually the body with axes are in good shape so i think this car deserve to have a second life.

Thank you very much, exept manuals i will need your experience because it my first offroad truck after russian one. And this one is not so simple as i thought.
