Hi Louie,

Make sure it's correctly torqued and use something like Loctite.

Mate, make sure you replace the bolt with a new one as well as the key, torque it up and Loctite it, if the keyway in the pulley is worn, fit a new harmonic balancer, if you don't follow these steps, it will fail later on down the track.
Nizzbits is your man for genuine parts.
Cheers, the ferret.

EDIT,
for the bolt to keep coming loose, there must be a bad fit of the balancer onto the crankshaft, if it keeps coming loose you will be looking at a new crank or crank repair $$$$$$$ as well as a new balancer.

i agree usually when they keep coming loose it is due to a poor fit. wouldn't hurt to check both the balancer and crank to make sure the are round
