Hey guys

My names Spencer, been doing drift racing for a few years now and have built up a car from a shell for that. Needed a better tow car so bought a td42 GQ and everything's snow balled from there! haha

Currently doing a turbo conversion on it

Here are some pictures of them

Welcome mate. Another South Aussie.
And top buy with the TD42. Guessing it's low k for the turbo conversion?
Any idea on the setup?
Also feel free to do up a members ride thread. We like watching builds.
Cheers

Already did a members ride post before i posted this ;)

Picked it up about a year ago, its done 420XXX k's so heres hoping she will stay alive! Engine had a reco sticker on it when i bought it but its all unknown. Just felt the need for a turbo as i really need just that little bit more for the towing.

Set up with be a cast high mount manifold, Rebuilt Rb25 Turbo i had laying around, FC rx7 top mount intercooler, Braided turbo lines with the oil return going to the VAC pump running the factory 8psi

Welcome mate, surely the best forum on the net. If you need it, you can get it, if you want to know it, just ask it.
If you want to find it, go to the search bar for a universe of information.
Enjoy the sights and sounds of the greatest show on earth.

So ya dis lol. I've replied to ya thread to.
I've been informed by a few the rb25 turbos are a touch to small and restrict the motor.
The rb30 turbo is more suited.. But that's just what I've been told..

Looks good though.
