Happy and safe new year to all!

I am trying to wire up my light bar so that it works with the high beam and so I can turn it on as a work light etc. But I cant seem to find the right combination for it to do that. The switch has three prongs on/off/on and a earth can someone tell me what wires to put on witch. The power for the bar on the high beam switch I was going to pull from the spot light relay.
Thanks

The carling style rocker switches don't like having 2 positive inputs and 1 load output.

With the lights in the switch they are designed for 1 positive input and 2 load outputs.

Ok so how do I go about it?

You won't be able to get the lights in the switch to operate correctly with 2 positive inputs.

You can pull apart your switch and remove the lights.

You can use any type of on/off/on rocker switch as long as it doesn't have internal lights on the outputs.

Ok so like you said if I just remove the internal lights then it should be good! Thanks for the help!

Can you just run a small wire from the second on position to the first on position on the switch?

Tried that and it doesn't turn off with the highbeam. Going to get a switch with no lights in it and try that today.
