Procedure to replace door bushes

OK – I promised dumb questions, now I have another one. So I have the replacement bushes for my doors on the way, and I’ll get some M8 grade 8.8 bolts for pins.

From what I can see if I take the door off (leaving the hinges attached to the body ??) then the top hinge looks pretty straightforward to do but on the bottom one, how do I get the pin out (and back in) past the opening roller mechanism ??
