I could scour for hours through the threads here but figured might be easier if people could just post up their EGT's in different scenarios. I'm getting mixed feedback as to what's safe what's not, what's normal and whats not.
I have no NADS fitted, and running a 2&3/4 exhaust.
General around town, I get 200-400C. 450, if I hammer it. Today it wasn't even that hot here in Melbourne, was just 26 and humid, and on a flat road with air con on, it jumped to 500C after taking off from the lights and once reached 4th gear. Got me a tad concerned.
I cannot comment on boost, as mine is absolutely all over the place. Very sporadic. At 100km/h EGT's are 400-450, and not even towing, boost as i said is everywhere, but it lingers between 8-12PSI from what I can gather.
