Front swivel rebuild

Hey guys. I'm doing my front swivel hubs today, everything from inner seal (the one that started it all!) all the way to wheel bearings. I'm good for everything but the damn swivel hub seals, I can't get them to sit, they kick out as soon as I tighten the plate holding them in. They are the same way as the ones I pulled out.

I had the same problem with a set I got off ebay. I went down to sprint auto parts and got anpther and all was good. It was just one though, strange
