I'll get pics tomorrow
Bought CAT flaps off eBay and have them hanging from chains by small D shackles. I take them off when wheeling so's not to rip them off

So do you just trace the standard shape, and get some old rubber Conveyor belt?

I just got some rubber from Clark rubber and bolted it up on a bracket I made up , just make sure its flexible and/or removable.

If you make long ones use a chain to stop you reversing over them out on the tracks,
or as Growler has one make them removeable

First shot at mudflaps:

Been in there for a couple of years now and haven't torn off. Only fault is, on steep down hills on a hot day will see the mudflap fall into the tyre but hasn't damaged them. A simple chain to the rear bar would fix it.
